Sophomore Charlie Weir works on a math problem on her desk in Algebra II. The class was playing “math poker”, a game where students strategize and earn prizes for the most questions answered right. “I like it when we play games in class because I have a lot more fun doing my math,” Weir said. “It makes it exciting and everyone is more driven to do well.”
