In second period AP Psychology, junior Mason Jackson reads an article on how to grow healthy sleep habits through scientific experiments. “It’s so fascinating to see how sleep can make or break people.” Jackson said, “The author is a former Olympic athlete, so it definitely gives the article a professional aspect.”
