Junior Vinny Hayse runs a car detailing business, HandHDetailing, with his partner junior Ashton Harper, and it all started with a simple love for cars. The business they run offers premium detailing services to both the inside and outside of vehicles, making sure that each car looks as good as it can.

”We found out we like detailing cars after cleaning the first few and enjoying it a lot so we decided to start our own business,” Hayse said. “With the cleaning we offer premium detailing services to the inside and outside of each vehicle including washing the exterior and deep-cleaning the interior surfaces. No part of the car is left uncleaned.”

Managing a business while still in school can be difficult, but Hayse has set up a system to keep things running smoothly. He relies on a mix of marketing strategies to spread the word and bring in more clients.

”We have a website that clients can book appointments on, or text us personally for more information and this helps us stay organized and set appointments,” Hayse said. “When business is slow, we overcome it by increasing advertising and soliciting. With this we advertise using social media as a big part, word of mouth and reviews and people just seeing us around detailing cars and asking.”

Hayse and his partner take great care of each vehicle they work on. To help with this they always make sure to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in car detailing.

”We take our time and make sure everything is as good as brand new as possible and do the same quality work every time,” Hayse said. “We wash and clean the equipment thoroughly right after every detailing. As well as this we are always watching videos on new equipment and cleaning supplies that we can then apply to our business.”

Hayse said he has big plans for the future of the business as he wants to continue it for as long as he can and allow it to become bigger and bigger. He said he is excited to continue growing the business and providing top-tier service to every customer.
