Update: Governor Eric Holcomb has extended the stay-at-home order an additional two weeks as stated in a COVID-19 update earlier Friday, April 3rd.
Governor Eric Holcomb signed an executive order on April 2nd that effectively ordered all schools to close for the remainder of the spring semester. Center Grove schools will subsequently use e-learning days for the rest of the school year. As of now, the schedule of e-learning versus waiver days will stand until May 1st, though the schedule after that is undecided.
Additionally, the IHSAA has officially cancelled all spring sports as stated in a statement released April 2nd. This includes all tournaments, games, and practices sanctioned. As of now, the IHSAA plans to begin athletics again in the Fall with the start of the 2020 Fall semester.
